Pound Ridge House

A high end, yet energy efficient 8,260 sq ft three level single family home on 3.5 acres in Pound Ridge, Westchester County, New York. Wall construction utilized innovative Insulated Concrete Form (ICF), with a treated timber rainscreen envelope to the exterior. Features 15 tons of geothermal heat pumps, 2500 ft of geothermal drilling, Energy Recovery Ventilation Units, meets Passive House criteria, and will be effectively Net Zero when the rooftop solar panel array has been installed.
